A Noteworthy Win

In a recent case, Attorney Namnoum won a jury trial, and the verdict and final judgment were more than seven times the insurance company’s last and best offer. The insurance company denied that their driver was at fault. However, after hearing the testimony of Attorney Namnoum’s client, and after hearing Attorney Namnoum’s final argument, the jury ruled that the insurance company was 100% at fault. The insurance company also denied that Attorney Namnoum’s client was injured. However, after hearing testimony of the client and Attorney Namnoum’s final argument, the jury’s verdict was more than five times greater than what a judge stated was the value at a pre-trial conference.

This victory was an important win for the common person, who in the face of resource-backed insurance companies, needs an attorney who is ready, willing and able to fight in court.
