Career
Attorney Namnoum began his career in 1984 as a trial lawyer, primarily in a defense of personal injury cases with a prominent Hartford law firm. In the 6 years with this firm, he learned the tactics, strategies and methods of insurance companies. This experience also enabled him to recognize weaknesses in a case and to creatively chart a strategic and pointed response to turn a weakness into a strength.
In 1990, Attorney Namnoum launched The Law Office of Kenneth P. Namnoum, Jr. to represent injured parties in litigation against insurance companies and has successfully represented his clients for the past 25 years.

Professional Affiliations
Attorney Namnoum has been on the Board of Governors of the Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association for many years. At the request of the Association, he has given lectures on cases, tactics, and strategies to other trial lawyers. He is also a member of the Connecticut Bar Association and the Hartford County Bar Association. Attorney Namnoum has been designated to be included in the Best Attorneys in America (2015, Personal Injury), and a Super Lawyer (2015, Personal Injury), in the New England Super Lawyer magazine (the selection processes for both awards can be found here and here, respectively).
Pro Bono
Attorney Namnoum assisted a teenager and his family over the course of several years. Specifically, the teenager, who lived in a group home and who had significant challenges, was having difficulties that needed to be addressed.
In another case, an insurance company was denying benefits, such as physical therapy and speech therapy, to a child with special needs. As a result of Attorney Namnoum’s tenacity, the child was able to get the treatment that he genuinely needed and that he was entitled to receive.
In yet another case, Attorney Namnoum pursued a products liability claim for a family. The manufacturer of the defective product was forced to fully compensate the family for their damages.
Upon request from the Superior Court Judges, Attorney Namnoum has served as a mediator in numerous cases regarding a court initiative named the Early Intervention Program.
Giving Back
For many years, Attorney Namnoum was honored to be like a “big brother” to a young man. They enjoyed numerous activities together including sporting events, dinners, and civic center functions. One of the many highlights was when the young man was able to meet several media personalities at a local TV station.
Attorney Namnoum has volunteered at many local schools, including Hartford High School, Weaver High School, East Hartford High School and Grace Academy. He has had the opportunity to speak to hundreds of students about financial literacy, social responsibility and the decision making process. In addition, Attorney Namnoum has served as chairperson to raise funds for a local high school. In this regard, The Law Office of Kenneth P. Namnoum will continue to sponsor various soccer and basketball teams.
Attorney Namnoum and his family volunteer with Habitat for Humanity. This was a rewarding experience for him and he plans to continue to be a loyal, committed, and available volunteer to help the Greater Hartford community.
Attorney Namnoum has participated in charity events for Wounded Warriors.
Attorney Namnoum takes great pride in having been a coach of youth sports including football and baseball as participation in sports provides an excellent vehicle to teach children life’s lessons that will serve them well in meeting inevitable challenges that they will face.
